The main character's strong personality is one of many characteristics of the main character's life that are shown in this film series. Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis was used in this study to illustrate the psychoanalysis of the film's central character, Dahmer. A qualitative technique was applied in this study's investigation. A literary technique was employed in this study to investigate the psychological characteristics of the film's central character, Dahmer. According to the study's findings, Jeff, the primary character, has a powerful id. Because of the trauma he has through, Jeff developed a strong id. The main character's id, which is caused by negative experiences and the loss of both parents' affection and care, makes the main character a very erratic individual. As a result, the main character manifests numerous different egos throughout this work. Internalization, or internalizing the restrictions, is how the superego develops.
