Abstract
Old shopping method has changed. This is because of the advancement of technology brings a lot of impact. Social media, is one of the example. On how people make a purchase decision. The interaction between users on social media and e-commerce impacting their choices to buy something. This study explain how social can influence them. Emotion, product quality, and price perception are used to evaluate. What they got, electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM), feedback from consumers, social media influencers (SMIs), and KOL are used to know the impact of social media. To know more connection between social influence and purchasing decisions trust is important. Trust is presented as a mediating variable. The study assesses the direct and indirect relationships between these constructions using a method called partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Furthermore, a research highlighted that perceived emotional value, perceived quality, perceived price, and eWOM directly shape purchase intentions. whereas trust acts as a critical mediator influenced by customer feedback, SMIs, and KOLs. The results emphasize the importance of rational and social factors in strengthening consumer trust and driving purchasing behavior in social commerce. By offering theoretical and practical insights, this study contributes to the development of effective strategies for enhancing customer engagement and purchase decision-making in an increasingly interactive digital marketplace
